Does this sound bitchy of me?

So this girl texted me that my hair looks like a man's hair. I said I honestly didn't care what she thought.

Then she texted me that her friend thought I was a boy. I told her nobody's perfect, even you have a big nose and chicken legs.

Next day on facebook, she posts a picture and someone comments that she's pretty. She says, "Rly? *insert my name here* said that i hav a big nose and twig legs.."

So people started saying things like, "no offense or anything... But i dont think you need to be starting stuff especially before 7th grade year even begins.. you're going to get yourself in bad situations..its not even funny.." and :I think you are really pretty and you shouldn't listen to other people who are just trying to hurt you. Spend time thinking about how fantastic your REAL friends are instead of worrying about the bitches trying to make themselves feel better then you, even though that will never happen."

So I said, "I didn't start anything? She's the one who randomly texted me, "Ur haircut looks like a man! haha". i didn't even talk to her for months before that, so yeah maybe you should like... know what you're talking about..-.- She's not hideous like this guy or anything Click Here but she's not the most pretty person in the world and obviously, neither am I. I'm not gonna sit there while she goes and calls me a man (twice)...(in 2 texts), okay? Quit acting like I ran over your cat or something. Jesus you guys overreact so much..."
Oh yeah and those people were saying those things to me not her.
And really I'm not trying to get people to take my side I just want to know if i'm a bitch. Lol.
Ugh this is too many AD. anyways, the first thing was said to me, the second thing wasn't.

Am I still liable for copyright laws if I talk about and depict a licensed character?

I made my own graphics for pictures in the site I have, would depicting an already known character that "belongs" to some one else, even with my intentions already made clear? I made a funny caricature of Michael Myers, a parody, if you will, on my unpublished site, I already made it clear I wasn't trying to steal the character, but will I still get that dreaded copy right fine?
Please answer, I'd rather have some one reply "say what?" than delete another unanwersed question I wasted 5 points on.

I FREAKING FELL IN LOVE WITH HIM!!!!!!!!! heres the whole story. (i don't know if this is going to be long or not but i apologize if it is) i was at the fair with my 2 besties and one of my other friends' friend comes over to where we were to hang out. my and one of my friends went on this ride and the guy (phillip) hopped in the seat with us (right in the middle) i was alarmed at first but then i realized how hott he was! i snuggled up to him as we rode on the ride together. apparently he didn't notice :( when me and raechel got to her house we both thought he was the hottest peace of life on earth! (i still do to this day) we begged my other friend (kaitlynn) for his number. we got it and started texting him away. me and raechel agreed not to ask him out. so i went home that night with day dreams in my head about me and him together...then i get this text from Phillip and his signature is "i luv raechel"!!! i was freaking pissed!!!!!!!!!! i texted raechel and asked her what the hell was going on and she said he asked her out and she said YES! :'( i called her an F-ING ***** and that was that. later she broke up with him because i hated her ugly gooey butt-smelling guts and she heard from kaitlynn that he was a player and would try to grab her boobs and crap like that. (that didnt stop me) and then she asked him out for me because i begged her... he said i had to ask him first so i did. we went out for less than i day. :'( :'( i cried :'( i want him back soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo oh sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo… much!!!!!! oh and then i asked him if we could be friends. he said "sure". so we were/are. then me and raechel went to another fair thingy and saw him on the huge ride we were on. (btw i never saw him after the first fair until now) we called his name and he left his friends to come stand bye us. i melted in his hands! then i asked him if he wanted to go on this ride with me that raechel was too afraid to go on. he said yes and we did. i loved every second of it :') then me him and raechel went on the fairis wheel. his friends where between us and him. he dug his way through his friends with his arms and pulled me and raechel really close to him (i almost passed out) raechel doesnt like him anymore thank god so she thought nothing of it.he sat in between us again and he was funny, hott and much much more than just a boy! :') i want him! i want him to want me! i want us! and i want his new girlfriend out of the picture. shes not really new but shes a heck of a lot better looking than me :(
anyways........... heres what im trying to ask.

My ex girlfriend called me ugly. Now I think I really am.?

So I'm in love with this girl. She is everything I need (great personality, funny, beautiful etc). Recently she's not been as keen on me and told me 'we cant have a relationship', obviously I don't want her to just disappear out of my life so I want to remain mates. However she doesn't want to be and doesn't even want to talk to me, after some questions she finally told me why; it turns out she 'hates me' and thinks I'm 'ugly'.

I like to think I'm a nice caring guy, but obviously she doesn't agree :/ I had a low self esteem before but now I cant even approach a girl. So if you people could rate me on a scale of 1-10 of how attractive I am it would help me know. Here's a picture:

Okay so my friend and I always go to u18 events. She moved schools to some sport high school and I'm still at a catholic high school.She hangs out with the I guess slutty crowd and yeah. At this rave she was dj-ing and so she was already there when i got there. She was wearing a cheetah print bra,booty shorts that just covered her *** and high heeled black boots! Yes she did use to be chubby and now she lost all this weight but this doesnt give her the excuse to dress like a skank! I think it'de be different if it was a girl that was flat chested and didn't have a good bum but this girl has massive boobs and a good bum and no stomach! Okay so through the night after she did her time Dj-ing another Dj went on and she went to take pictures with a line up of 15 and 16 yr old guys! To add to that she was grinding and making out with a load of different guys! She thinks it wasnt slutty ,she said it was a rave and thats what people do at raves! Funny thing is she never did it when she was chubby and went with me!

DS Regulars: How To Get Dog To NOT Go Down Stairs?

Hey all, I have a sort of pet peeve or rather one thing about my Basset Hound that I am trying in vain to correct. Over all he is very obedient even for a hound, but this one issue he will NOT listen to me on.

We have a set of stairs leading up from the entrance into our home that leads up to our kitchen. Our dogs mainly are inside our kitchen when they are in our home, and this is where they sleep, eat etc.

We have a baby gate that cuts off these stairs from the kitchen, to the landing. The living room is below our kitchen as well. Our two Labrador Retrievers are well trained and they KNOW NOT to go down the stairs and that they are to only remain in the kitchen.

Our family doesn't want them just randomly wandering around the house and going all over the carpet, they've already 'ruined' the hallway carpet anyways by laying on it, hair etc. It's supposed to be a beige color but now is more brown/beige due to their feet trampling it etc....so we want to preserve the living room carpet,and believe that dogs should have a certain area to be in...not all over the place. As well it isn't good for a Basset Hound to be going up and down stairs all the time, so I don't want to put added stress on his bones and joints, so try to limit him going up and down them if I can.

Plus it helps if someone comes to the door because they don't run at them sniffing the person, they know to stay at the top of the stairs, so it's also a plus that way.

Problem is my Basset Hound WILL NOT stay in the kitchen. Say if for instance I am doing laundry and need to bring it up in a basket and don't want to almost kill myself trying to balance it over the baby gate, I will unlock it, go get the laundry and come back up.

I hear his toenails and funny Basset sounding thumps coming down the stairs, tail wagging at me. Little buggar. No matter how many times I correct him, bring him back up the stairs, tell him to No, and tell him to stay he does not listen. He just won't.

It's like a fun game for him or something I swear! He has a malicious little glint in his eye when he does this.

It would be nice to not have to have the gate up all the time, as one can get tired stretching their legs over it lol and like I said it can make it troublesome when we bring groceries home or bringing laundry up from the basement.

Any tips on how to make him STAY. All I can find information on is how to get a dog to GO down the stairs, correct fear of stairs etc. He is a hound, so his stubborness is very indicative of his breed. I have tried almost anything and am looking for help.

Add: Dogs don't have to ruin your home. It's perfectly normal for someone to not want dogs in a certain area of the home. Yeesh.

Do you think SNSD members are really as skinny as they say they are?

They look really skinny, but also they always wear high heels and the photos might be photoshopped.

I'm going to admit here that I'm blatantly jealous that they have such nice bodies. Yoona, Jessica, Sooyoung, and Yuri are really skinny (esp. Yuri and Sooyoung since they're so tall too), but there was a picture of Taeyeon with sneakers and she looked pretty average.

What do you think? Sunny's height was apparently faked on the SM website too...she's actually 5'1", not 5'2".

Has lust caused the destruction of my marriage?

I need your help desperately. I love my wife dearly. I would literally do absolutely anything for her. For the past 3 years, I have done everything I can imagine to please her. I do all the housework, cook the meals, change our baby's diaper, etc. I also work full time. My wife does her share which is watching our baby during the day.

We got rid of the television because my wife says it contains a lot of inappropriate material and we want a strong marriage. So I agreed. Usually I only use the internet when she is around because the internet has a lot of bad stuff on it and I don't want to displease her.

Anyway, the other day I was on a clothing website, and well, curiosity got the better of me, and I clicked on pictures of female underwear.

Why is my Dog so Camera Shy?

As a puppy, he never minded having his picture taken. Sometimes he would actually stop and "pose" for the camera and I have a lot of cute pictures of him ! Over the last year though, he decided he HATES having his photo taken. I don't force him to sit still, and I even turn off the flash. I just try to take some pictures of him while he's playing or whatever. Anyway, whenever he sees me with my camera he'll get up and walk away from me or he'll turn his head so I can't take his photo.


It's so funny, because I've never seen another dog act this way before. Why do you think he's like this ?
He's never had a negative experience with a camera .. I've owned him since he was a pup and I'm really the only one around him. And I never said I take pics of him sleeping.

Why are my ex's friends curious about my love life?

My ex broke up w. me about 4months ago. He worked sooo hard to pursue me; genuinely cared was even more serious about it than me. I was happy being alone but ultimately decided he was worth being with and he had potential and within a span of 2-3 months, he just "didn't feel like having a girlfriend anymore". It was a good relationship; we had the quality of a serious relationship in that short time- met his family, brought me to a wedding, was close w. his good friends, dealt w. money issues, just very comfortable w. each other...when we first met (not dating, talking, etc...), he had told all his friends he had "met someone special". Right now he wants to be "selfish", no 3rd party, and "it wasn't the right time, not ready". It's funny, he knew he wanted a relationship w. me (his friends even said fr. when he first met me, he knew he wanted to ask me out). We didn't have a bad breakup but I cut off everything and just ran away...haven't spoken to him since. He sent me a few txts reitirating our convo fr. the next before (apologizing) but i never responded back. Mutual friends say he was just too "immature" for me (also insecure/scared). He (and his close friends & family) would say i was "everything he wanted in a girl" yet when we broke up he said he wasn't ready for the kind of relationship i was giving him.

His friends have been more than nice to me after the breakup. We were never super close but I always got along w. them when I would see them at parties or at their place. His girl friends (who are like his sisters) are very protective of him yet seem to be more protective of me than him. They still love him but always tell me how much they hate what he did to me and would want to see me now then to "catch up" (keep in mind, it's always them initiating; not me). My ex's sisters (only met them once but got along great) would always be on my fb account and would "like" my pictures and status. To be honest, the breakup affected my "self esteem" more than my heart. I I worked hard at the new job, met people, kept busy and worked 5-6 days/week, got into scrapbooking more, spent more time w. friends, went out at night more, worked out (LOST 13lbs! :), and even went to dinner w. a gentleman i met at a wedding. I just got back from vacation w. family and hawaii and i feel like i'm a completely different person - better and stronger. I also found out I got into nursing school. Great blessings for me. Before I left, I posted a pic of me and a cute dancer who worked at the luau I was with and jokingly put, "yup, i got to bring him home. muahaha" My status read lyrics fr. a song that said "you're amazing, just the way you are" (which is dedicated to me. I found love for myself in hawaii and finally stoped blaming myself for the breakup). Well, my ex's uncle made a comment on the pic and said, "so you found a new guy on your vacation...?" And apparently all my ex's friends were "talking about the picture" and assumed that I'm now dating that dancer from the luau?! CRAZY...first, it's not true. I really didn't think much of it and 2nd, why would they care so much? (and not be rude but the guy in the pic is kind of a big upgrade fr. my ex...just fr. the looks/stature of it...I've also changed. I lost weight, fit, tan, did my hair differently, in cute summer outfits...)
We didn't date that long...i'm just a girl...i'm his ex, yet they're still so nice to me and apparently "everyone's talking about the picture"...which is really nothing
