so all of a sudden... tonight we were home, settled in, drinking our tea, reading our books. and we remembered that our friend stephanie was having a shindig at her store. one minute i was ready to tuck in, the next minute, i was putting on lipstick. i'm so glad we went. we needed to go- to support our friend, and oh yeah, take pictures. 'cause i sort of work for her. if doing the thing i love and helping my friend write a blog counts as work. so all of a sudden, there we were, with a glass of wine in our hands, and talking to people we hadn't expected to see, and having a grand old time. sometimes the best things are the ones you don't plan on. frye boots circa 1970 anyone? find them at pretty funny.
